My Blue Pea Flower Plants

  Hello Everyone!

It's me, Pabodha here. I am doing some home gardening in my spare time. Also, it will give me immense pleasure and mind relaxation to see how the seeds turn into baby plants and nurture them into big boys and in the end give us a chance to enjoy the freshness! So why not have even a small balcony home garden? I think that is one of the best ways to spend your spare time!

So, today I want to show you one of my flowers Pricesses-Blue Pea. And this is how they came to my garden!.

-------- GROW MEDIUM --------

I used the usual process that I have used for other plants. You can check the process of preparing the growing medium in my other previous blog posts. Basically, the growing medium is a mix of compost, dried sawdust and surface soil(mostly sandy) and I have used grow bags. You can refer to more details here. 

-------- GERMINATION --------
I watered once a day till the seeds are germinating as I had sunny weather conditions (My all-time tip 😊: if it rains, no need to worry much about the tough watering schedule. Also, make sure to cover the growing bags till the seeds are fully germinated to avoid seeds moving down or being washed away due to Rains). It took approximately 10 days to germinate and the sprouts to come out. You can see below what my 11-day-old plants look like.
-------- PROCESS OF GROWING --------
After passing 16 days from sowing,
After transplanting approximately three weeks old blue pea plants,
After two weeks of transplanting,
